Branding & Interior Design
The Project
Green Eat are the pioneers of healthy fast food in Buenos Aires. The brief was to redefine and consolidate a coherent brand image across all locations, creating a spatial and visual language that felt alive, natural, and unmistakably theirs.
The work spanned every touchpoint of the physical experience — floor plans and furniture specifications for each format, a natural materials palette of warm wood, exposed brick, black iron, and rattan, custom lighting, branded packaging, and merchandise display systems.
Each space has its own character: from a compact street-front café minimarket to a sprawling flagship with a tropical garden and a vintage VW van parked inside. The brand scales across radically different formats without losing its identity.
Spatial Design
Each Green Eat location was designed to its own scale and programme — from the compact café minimarket with street terrace, to the cavernous flagship with full-height glazing, internal garden, and communal seating. Materials and furniture were specified per format while maintaining a consistent brand character.
